Stands in 30 hectares of own farmland and surrounded by lawn, olive groves, vineyards and ample grounds. Comfortably and elegantly furnished. This was the first property in this project together with "The Roman Villa". It is the residence of Eleonora, Bernard, project author, and their children.

Commercial:
-General: central heating * maid service * - telephone (metered charges) * linen provided and changed weekly.

- Food and meals: own natural farm produce (olive oil and wine - please ask in advance)/ meals prepared at home. Wine museum with gourmet restaurant at Torgiano.

- Sport, water and health: beautiful swimming pools within 15 mins., tennis club 10 km.,hand-gliding 40 km., canoeing and rafting 35 km., several riding and horse trekking 15 mins.,beautiful walks right outside the front door and in nearby mountains and hills. Lake Trasimeno bathing 40 minutes, mountains and ski-ing 90 mins., Spas 30-60 mins.

- Hosted exploration: half or full day can be arranged by appointment with the host and author. This must be booked in advance.

- Spoleto Festival: Spoleto all-arts international Festival late June to mid-July. - Deruta ceramics: sale and manufacture of beautiful ceramics since the Middle Ages.
- Movies: selection of english language film classics about Italian civilization (eg. "Brother Sun, Sister Moon" by Zefirelli about St. Francis of Assisi). Further details:
