This refined and elegant apartment is situated in one of the
beautiest squares of Rome, the Piazza Mattei, adiacent to the
jewish ghetto.
The Mattei family, very important in the past, had the controll over
athe Tiber next to the island, area witch allowed them to dominate
the whole left shore of the river.
In the middle of the square is situated one of the quitest fountains
of the city: the Fountain of the Turtles, projected by Giacomo della
Porta at the end of the 16. century.Bernini has added the tortles to
it in 1658.

The apartment is located at the third floor, with
elevator, of the ancient palazzo Costaguti.
The present restaurations did not alterate the old
style of the building. The furniture is a modern-classic one, it makes
the apartment to be one of the most luxury of its kind. The big windows
allow a lot of light to enter into the apartment, making the athmosfere
very pleasent.

The apartment
has an entrance, a living room, dining room, kitchen, three bedrooms,
three bathrooms.
From the
entrance one can get straight into the big livingroom with two
confortable sofabeds, fireplace coverd by marble, satellite TV. The
spiral staircase leads to the 100 sqm terrace, witch offers you a great
view of the city.
The dining
room is connected to the living room, and it has awooden table with six
chairs. The main corridor leads to the three bedrooms. The fist has two
single beds, a closet with mirror.
The second
bedroom has also two single beds, witch can be turned into a double bed
if necessary, a wooden office desk, a wooden closet from the 18. century.
The room has an ensiute bathroom.
The third
bedroom is the largest and most valuable one, with paintings of the
Costaguti family. It has a double bed and ensuite bathroom.
The third bathroom is on the corridor.
The apartment
has airconditioning, private heating, Wi.Fi internet connection, washing
machine and dishwasher.
The kitchen is set up with everything.

is in the same buildin as Costaguti B.
Together the two apartments can accomodate up to 11 guests!
