The Oasi degli
Etruschi is a stunning propertie surrounded by
Parco Madonna del Sorbo, which is one of the best-reserved
natural parks in Italy. The name comes from the 17th century
monastery - built on the ruins of a medieval village - right
in the centre of the park and in front of the villas. Fauna
is composite: wild boars, foxes, weasels, wood cocks, buzzards,
falcons...The wide and old forest shelters holm oaks, oaks,
chestnuts and lots of ferns on a fresh brook, named Cremera,
which crosses the wood, jumps from small waterfalls and
springs up at hand.
This beautiful propertie is composed
of two villas:
OASI DEGLI ETRUSCHI UNO and OASI
DEGLI ETRUSCHI BIS.

Rome is 30 minutes by car or by train.
You can see Rome by day and, when too hot, go back to the
fresh countryside. Fifteen kilometres from the house there
is the Lake of Bracciano where are available sailing boats,
wind surf and canoes. Thirthy to sixthy minutes by car there
are the Etruscan, paleochristian and medieval Villages of
Viterbo, Sutri, Tuscania and the famous mannerist Palace Farnese
of Caprarola (Viterbo). The host, Anna Pantanella, keeps in
villas also a Course of ceramic mosaic, to teach in two days
( 4 hours per day) the basics of this technique:
Both villas are very well furnished and decorated.

OASI
DEGLI ETRUSCHI UNO can sleep up to six persons and is
composed as follows: two double rooms and one twin, two
bathrooms, plus a service with bathroom (for staff only),
dining room and living room with fire place and kitchen.
T.V (Satellite), HiFi, dishwasher and washing machine.
OASI
DEGLI ETRUSCHI BIS can sleep up to six persons as well:
it has a double room and two twins rooms with two bathrooms
(decorated with ceramic mosaic by Anna Pantanella), living
room with fire place and kitchen (also decorated with ceramic
mosaics by Anna). T.V dishwasher, Radio/Cd.
The
two villas (250 mt. height) are on the border of the park,
whithin a 5 hectares land, swimming pool mt 4x12 with pergola
annexed (at disposal of both houses), football field mt.
15x30. Horse manege is available close to the houses, to
have a horse ride in the park.
Both
villas are fully equipped, linen included (clean linen will
be furnished twice a week).Other services
available on request.
