The apartment, located in Via Bazzoni, a tree lined avenue, not far from the Vatican, is on the 7th floor of a 40’s estate, with lift. The area is very quiet and it is well connected to the rest of Rome, thanks to the close Ottaviano metro station (8 minutes walking) and the several bus lines stopping around it: line n.30 stops in Viale Mazzini and goes to Piazza Navona, Largo Argentina and Piazza Venezia. Bus n.271 stops instead in Viale Angelico, and goes towards the Vatican, the Forum, and the Colosseum.

Extremely bright, soberly and finely furnished, it is composed of a large corridor opening to the living room, where a dining table with chairs and a double sofa bed are. The terrace with its large and open view is also accessible from this room.

The corridor then leads to the large double bedroom, where a big closet and other furniture make this ambient  comfortable and cosy. The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, freezer, oven, and washing machine. The bathroom is with tub and shower. Independent heating. The apartment has been recently restored and newly furnished, it is fully equipped, including linen and bath towels, and can comfortably host up to four guests.

For weekly rentals,  one cleaning and linen change service. 
For rentals of at least two weeks, a 10% discount will be applied.
