This finely decorated and furnished apartment is on the second floor (no lift) of the building which was once the convent of Saint Charles, the adjacent church, which is situated in the centre of Via del Corso, right opposite the prestigious Plaza Hotel. Despite the many passers-by, the apartment is extremely silent, as it faces onto the cloister of the church.  Among the prestigious Italian fashion stores, are art galleries, jewellers’ and places of artistic interest, such as the splendid church of S.Andrea delle Fratte with its wonderful XVI century cloister  The area is undoubtedly one of the most prestigious in the city and extremely central, in fact it is the daily destination of all those who want to enjoy a cultural walk around the city or some less demanding shopping. There are hundreds of shops, mainly boutiques, in the surrounding area of the Spanish Steps, Piazza del Popolo and Piazza Venezia. The underground stop Spagna, many buses and the nearby taxi rank in Via dei Condotti, enable you to quickly reach any destination which you don’t want to walk to. The apartment is composed of a large entrance, where there is a fully equipped kitchen corner and from where you gain access to the bathroom with shower.

This opens onto the day area, light, elegant and silent, complete with dining table and chairs, and a comfortable sofa in the corner. From here, you reach the first bedroom with a single bed which also has a pull-out bed. The built-in wardrobe and a useful desk complete the furniture. The last bedroom has a double bed and is large, comfortable and just as elegantly decorated. It has independent heating and during the summer months, the accommodation is cool, thanks to its position and the thickness of the ancient walls.

The apartment can accommodate up to four people and is fully equipped.

Daily prices in Euro

The quoted prices include: 
Electricity, gas, water.
For weekly rentals,  one cleaning and linen change service. 
For rentals of at least two weeks, a 10% discount will be applied.
We accept bookings for minimum three nights.
Daily prices will be increased by 15% from the 12/23 to the 01/06.
