It is surrounded by 5 acres park;
garden with private swimming pool is equipped with
sun umbrellas, sunbeds and deck chairs; beautifully furnished patio
with seats for 20 people.

suitable 150 guests; Private parking for up to 100 cars.
The villa has 3
bedrooms, a loft with
double sofa bed, three bathrooms, kitchen, large
living room.
The villa can
comfortably accommodate 8 people. If needed, a 850 sq ft
loft-style apartment, located just in front of the
main villa will be available for extra 4 guests.
(The owners are usually living in this loft when
are in Rome). All the rooms are furnished in very
good taste reflecting the owners' refined style.
Every small detail is extremely fine to make the
guest's stay unique and unforgettable.
The ambience, the huge rooms and the marvellous
"frame" in which this property is
inserted, are ideal to organize private
and high-standard corporate meetings as well as for
the organization of special events (further details to be
agreed with the owners).

The Queen (sleeps
8)
A lovely alley surrounded by Mediterranean pine trees connects the
main road with the private parking of the property.
From the parking, guests have access to the beautiful patio,
furnished with scenic curtains, armchairs, sofas and tables
with precious chandeliers
Adjacent to the patio is the party Hall with its wooden
floor, its wooden-beam ceiling and chandeliers similar to
those of the patio.
An English lawn adorned with palm trees and other trees leads to the
swimming pool accessorized with sun umbrellas, dech chairs and
armchairs to enjoy relax and tan.
The internal area of
the villa is accessible by the living room, kitchen or by
the main bedroom divided into a “night” area, with fine
antique furniture and another area furnished with
sofas and armchairs.

A corridor
leads to the luxury bathroom equipped with a double precious
marble wash basin, a fantastic Jacuzzi for two people with
scenic curtains.
A marble staircase
then leads to the upper area where guests can have at their
disposal a shower room, facilities and a lovely relax area
enriched with a lovely writing desk, little armchairs and a
double sofa bed.
A dreaming atmosphere is created by the wooden-beam
ceiling.

This first area of the
villa is then completed by the two refined and
elegantly designed bedrooms with internal bathrooms,
one with tub and the other with shower.

The
large open space living room is really breathless!
The lovely glass
walls, with a view of the patio and of the lawn below, make the
whole area bright and warm.
The Florentine floor in
“cotto”, the wooden-beam ceiling, the antique precious
fireplace , “core” of this area as well as sofas,
armchairs, tables, carpets, sideboards pictures and a picturesque wooden horse complete this
masterpiece of elegance and good taste.
